Hi, I’m Jha! I’m a licensed cosmetologist and professional hair and makeup artist with over 11 years in the beauty industry.
Beauty actually wasn’t my original plan. I started out pursuing a career in the health professions, working in clinical laboratory science and cytology. But creativity has always been a huge part of who I am, and eventually my love for the arts won.
So I took a completely different path and never looked back.
I trained at Makeup Designory NY, Make Up For Ever Academy NY, and Paul Mitchell, then spent the next several years building my career in beauty. I’ve worked with MAC, Laura Mercier, and Make Up For Ever, and have been lucky enough to work backstage with teams at New York Fashion Week.
Somewhere in the middle of all of that, I worked a Monique Lhuillier Bridal Show and absolutely fell in love with the bridal world. The gowns, the tulle, the tiny details, and even the organized chaos behind the scenes. There was just something about it.
Now I get to do what I love with Colorado brides, whether we’re getting ready for a mountaintop ceremony or in a hotel room somewhere in Denver. I love taking all the inspiration you’ve saved, all the little details you’ve thought about, and turning it into a look that feels polished, beautiful, and most importantly, like you.
Because for me, hair and makeup is only part of the job. I’m also there to listen to your story, laugh with you, keep things calm when the wedding day jitters kick in, and make sure you feel incredible before you walk out the door.
And honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
